Miley Cyrus is making waves on Instagram with a photo of herself lounging in the bathtub while wearing nothing but a face mask.
The singer and actress took to the social media site to share the racy photo over the weekend, showing off plenty of skin in a picture that framed her from chest up. The photo, which can be seen below, showed Miley holding her hand across her chest to stay within the site's strict rules against showing nudity.
In the caption, Miley wrote that she had "failed the Saturday gods," apparently by spending the night inside in the tub rather than going out.
She appeared to be engaging in a bit of self-care, as the picture showed her wearing a white face mask as she reclined in the bath. Miley had a slight smile as she gazed into the camera, looking relaxed. She had her hair pulled back tightly and away from the water, which came up to just below her chest.
Miley's post got a big reaction from her fans. The image was posted to her Instagram stories, but many took to social media to share screenshots and praise the 28-year-old for her striking good looks.
The post also earned a write-up from Hollywood Life, which noted that Miley seemed to be spending a simple Saturday at home after a busy Friday when she went out to dinner with pal Lil Nas X.
"The duo were spotted at celeb-favorite Nobu Malibu on Friday, Feb. 19 and the 'Midnight Sky' singer certainly looked ready for a night on the town," the report noted. "Miley rocked a ’90s inspired black stiletto heel, a skinny pant and black trench. She kept the monochrome look going with a protective face mask, which she wore outside of the venue."
This is not the first time that Miley has shared a steamy tub shot with her fans. As The Inquisitr reported, she posted another nearly nude image back at the start of the month that also showed her taking a bath.
In the photo, Miley was seen leaning to the side and using her arm to cover her chest, keeping within the site's rules against nudity.
Like the shot posted over the weekend, this image came with a message.
"For a good time call..." Miley's caption read.
Miley shared a similar shot back in December as well, posing in the bathtub.
As Pop Culture noted, Miley's tub time is well-deserved. She has had a busy month of work, which included hosting a "TikTok Tailgate" performance in the lead-up to the Super Bowl.
As the report noted, the event was open only to vaccinated healthcare workers, part of the NFL's effort to give back.
"We hope in a small way that this initiative will inspire our country and recognize these true American heroes," NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in announcing the event. "This is also an opportunity to promote the importance of vaccination and appropriate health practices, including wearing masks in public settings."
