Erin didn't know she was going to see him. She was walking down pit row looking for Danica Patrick do to an interview. When she literally "bumped" into 50. He was just as surprised to see her as she was him. He did lean in to greet her but she needed to keep moving for the live shot. So that's why she turned her cheek and even said something like I gotta keep moving. So he actually said ok, I’ll come with you and walked right with her. She wasn't intentionally being rude or mean to him she was doing her job for Fox Sports. Which was to try and get Danica before the race. She didn't even get the pre-race interview, because Danica wasn't at her car once Erin got there. But that part didn’t make the cut of the “story”!
