Jenna Dewan-Tatum Looks Pleased That Husband Channing Is ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ [Photo]

After her husband Channing Tatum was named People‘s “Sexiest Man Alive” and GQ‘s “Man of the Year,” his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum flashed a smile for photographers on Wednesday that said it all.

The 31-year-old actress was beaming as she headed to the Urth Cafe in West Hollywood this afternoon, with a spring in her step evident as she walked along in a pair of knee-high boots. Jenna Dewan-Tatum wore a printed shirt dress under an army-style jacket to guard against the autumn weather.

Dewan-Tatum’s handbag matched her footwear: A fringed bag was slung over her shoulder. Her general demeanor, marked by her easy stride and crowned with a beautiful smile seemed to say “Yeah, I’m married to the sexiest man alive.”

Jenna’s husband, 32-year-old Channing Tatum, toppled Bradley Cooper’s spot on the list and beat out fellow actors Chris Hemsworth, Matt Bomer, and Denzel Washington for the “Sexiest Man Alive” honor. Humorously, the Magic Mike star said he was surprised by the recognition.

“My first thought was, ‘Y’all are messing with me,’ ” he revealed and said that when he broke the news to Jenna, she was similarly baffled. “I told Jenna after we’d been in the bathtub washing our dogs because they’d gotten skunked. She was like, ‘What?’ “

Dewan-Tatum also tweeted her approval over her husband’s new title:

So what do you do after being named “Sexiest Man Alive?” How about fatherhood?

“I’m ready; I think she’s ready,” Channing says of Dewan-Tatum. “The first number that pops into my head is three, but I just want one to be healthy and then we’ll see where we go after that. It’s really easy for us guys to say, ‘I want like 15 kids,’ ” he continues. “Jenna will be like, ‘Well you better get another wife!”‘
