Macaulay Culkin Is Sick, Dying, Or Addicted To Drugs, Says Stepmother

There is something wrong with Macaulay Culkin. At least that’s what his stepmother Jeanette Krylowski believes.

Krylowski, who spoke for Culkin’s estranged father Kit since he was too distraught to talk about the photos, said that that the frightening images of her stepson can only be explained by two possible scenarios: Macaulay Culkin is either sick with some terrible disease, or he’s addicted to drugs. Either way, Krylowski believes that Culkin is close to death.

Krylowski said:

“Kit has seen the photo. But he can’t talk about it. He just can’t, because it hurts him too much. Of course he’s worried, he’s incredibly concerned…. When I saw the photos I thought, ‘Oh no, this is not good. Either he’s dying of some disease or he’s heavily into drugs.’ “

Krylowski acknowledged that Macaulay Culkin has denied the drug rumors but said that it didn’t look good for the former child star.

Krylowski added:

“Now we’re hearing he is denying the allegations – but it certainly looks like he is on drugs. He looks awful.”

Through movies like Home Alone, Richie Rich, Uncle Buck, and My Girl, Culkin amassed a major fortune before his 18th birthday. At 14-years-old, Culkin had his parents legally blocked from controlling his $21 million fortune. According to TV Guide, this eventually led to a falling out with his father Kit.

Krylowski added:

“Kit is pretty sensitive. I was there during the custody battle. That tore his soul out. Kit is a lot different than the happy-go-lucky Kit that I knew in the 70s. There’s a deep, deep hole that’s never going to be filled. We don’t live off a penny from Mack. We live off benefits. But we live simple. We’re happy.”

The drug rumors surfaced earlier this month when the National Enquirer claimed that Culkin was addicted to heroin and would be dead in less than 6 months. A photo showing the actor looking sick and thin seemed to confirm the rumor.

Culkin, however, denies that he is addicted to heroin.
